If your organization is a customer of the Pharmalyze.AI Platform, your access to and use of the Platform is governed by the separate commercial agreement (e.g., subscription or services agreement) executed between your organization and Pharmalyze.AI, which shall prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

If any part of the Website requires you to register, log in, or submit information through a form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality available through the Website — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, software, and design elements — are the exclusive property of Pharmalyze OOD or its licensors and are protected by applicable Bulgarian, EU, and international intellectual property laws. No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If the Website allows you to submit content (for example, through a contact or inquiry form), you retain ownership of that content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process it solely to respond to your inquiry and operate the Website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pharmalyze OOD regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.
